International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE)

The scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) have pledged to incorporate 21st-century digital competence and skills focusing on literacy. The advancement and integration of Information and Communication Technologies
(ICTs) have accelerated the development of skills and competencies among teachers
and learners.  A plausible
explanation for this result is that lectures’ who perform well in the classroom (Cattaneo
et al., 2022; Sevilla-Pavón, 2018) and information management (Wu et al., 2022) could
effectively exert their pre-plan procedure to enhance learners’ information literacy.
